胃石的X线诊断(附病例分析11例)

X-ray diagnosis of gastrolith(11 cases)

目的探讨植物性胃石的诊断、鉴别诊断及成因。方法选取经上消化道造影确诊的11例植物性胃石病例进行回顾性分析。结果单发植物性胃石10例,多发1例,直径3～12cm,直径较大者形成慢性胃炎表现,未见溃疡形成。结论通过上消化道造影检查能充分显示植物性胃石的特征性表现从而确定诊断,诊断符合率较高,且简便、无创伤,能充分显示伴发病变,患者无痛苦、费用低,为临床选择治疗方案提供可靠的依据。

Objective To investigate the plant gastrolith diagnosis, differential diagnosis and causes. Methods 11 cases of confirmed plant gastrolith by the upper digestive tract radiography were analyzed retro- spectively. Results Single plant gastrolith 10 cases, multiple plant gastrolith 1 case, diameter 3 - 12 cm, larger diameter ones showed the characteristic features of chronic gastritis without ulcer formation. Conclusion Upper digestive tract radiography examination can fully reveal the characteristic features of plant gastrolith and confirm the diagnosis, its diagnostic accuracy is high, simple and non-invasive which can fully reveal the associated pathological changes without pain in low cost and provide a reliable basis as clinical treatment options.
