摘要 研究石灰细度、有效CaO含量、初始温度、石膏种类和掺量对石灰消化性能的影响及石灰的消化性能对蒸压加气混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,石灰的细度、初始温度以及石膏种类对石灰消化性能有明显影响;石灰中有效CaO含量与其消化温度和消化时间没有明显的相关性;石灰的消化性能显著影响加气混凝土料浆浇注稳定性和成品性能。在加气混凝土生产中,应控制适当的石灰消化性能参数,以保证加气混凝土料浆发泡和稠化协调进行。 The effects of fineness,initial temperature, content of effective CaO and type and content of gypsum on the slaking character of lime, as well as the effect of slaking character on the performance of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) were studied. Results show that fineness, initial temperature and gypsum type had significant effect on the slaking character of lime, while content of effective CaO had little correlation with the slaking temperature and slaking time. The slaking character of lime was a key factor to affect the casting stability and product performance of AAC,slaking parameters should be controlled in production process to ensure the foaming and hardening of AAC slurry goes coordinatively.
