摘要
利用选铁尾矿,添加粗粒河砂,按m(尾矿)∶m(河砂)∶m(石灰)=74∶15∶11配比,外加占石灰质量2%的磷石膏,成型压力20 MPa,蒸汽压力1.0 MPa,升温2.5 h、恒温8 h、自然降温3 h,制得密度为1900~2000 kg/m3、平均抗压强度为21.5 MPa的灰砂砖,抗压强度达到GB 11945—2006《蒸压灰砂砖》标准规定的MU20级砖的要求。
Adopting iron tailings, adding coarse grain river sands, according to the ratio of tailings:river sand:lime=74:15:11, with phosphogypsum of 2% of lime mass,forming pressure 20 MPa, autoclaved system:the highest steam pressure is 1.0 MPa, temperature rise 2.5 h,constant temperature 8 h,natural cooling down 3 h, autoclaved lime-sand brick with density of 1900-2000 kg/ m3, and average compressive strength of 21.5 MPa is made. The compressive strength is up to the requirements of MU20 brick stipulated in nation standard GB 11945--2006 "Autoclaved Lime-sand Brick".
