摘要
利用脱硫石膏作为基本材料,通过加入活性掺合料、碱性激发剂、促凝剂、减水剂、保水剂和乳胶粉等进行复合改性,配制成一种自流平材料。该自流平材料的绝干抗折和抗压强度分别达到6.8 MPa和29.2 MPa,软化系数0.82,所测性能指标均优于JC/T985—2005《地面用水泥基自流平砂浆》和JC/T 1023—2007《石膏基自流平砂浆》的要求。用脱硫石膏配制自流平材料可实现废物利用,具有良好的社会效益和市场前景。
A kind of self-leveling material was prepared by utilizing FGD gypsum as basic material,and being modified by active aggregate, alkaline activator, accelerator, water reducing agent, water retention agent and water-resistant powder. The absolute dry tensile and compressive strength of obtained self-leveling material reached to 6.8 MPa and 29.2 MPa respectively and the softening coefficient was up to 0.82. All the measured properties are superior to the requirements given in standard JC/T 985--2005 "Cementitious Self-leveling Floor Mortar" and JC/T 1023--2007 "Gypsum Based Self-leveling Floor Compound". The preparation of self-leveling material with FGD gypsum can realize recovery usage of waste,and has good social and market prospects.
