肟菌酯气相色谱分析方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用气相色谱法,用DB-1毛细管柱,以邻苯二甲酸二环己酯为内标物,用氢火焰离子化检测器对肟菌酯原药进行定量检测。在选定的色谱条件下,有效成分、内标物、杂质能得到有效分离。结果表明,肟菌酯在一定浓度下的线性相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.13,变异系数为0.13%,平均回收率为99.68%。 A method for quantitative analysis of trifloxystrobin TC by GC with DB-1 capillary column,dicyclohexyl phthalate as internal standard and FID detector was described.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9,the standard deviation was 0.13,the coefficient of variation were 0.14%,the average recovery were 99.7%.
