公安机关处置群体性事件研究

Study on the Public Security Organ＇s Disposal of Group Events

群体性事件是当前影响我国社会政治稳定的主要因素之一，而公安机关作为维护社会政治稳定的基础力量，其处置机制的建立健全具有重要意义。因而，需要对公安机关处置群体性事件的理论基础加以阐释，并对我国现行的群体性事件进行动态和静态的分析，从中找出问题并加以完善。

Group events is one of the main factors influencing our country＇s social and political stability. The public securily organs, as the basic force for social stahility, the establishment and perfection of its handling mechanism is of great importance. Therefore, it is necessary to explain the theoretical foundation of public security organ＇s disposal of group events and make a dynamic and static analysis of the way public security organs＇ dealing with the current group events, so as to find out the existing problems and better solve them.
