育龄期妇女血清中4种邻苯二甲酸酯类暴露水平的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解27~43岁育龄期妇女对4种邻苯二甲酸酯类(phthalic acid di-ethyl esters,PAEs)的暴露情况。方法选择宁夏医科大学总医院生殖中心体检的30名育龄妇女为研究对象,采集静脉血样本,采用高效液相色谱法测定血清中的邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)和黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)水平。结果育龄期妇女血清中DMP的检出率为76.67%(含量为未检出~0.37μg/L,中位数为0.13μg/L),DBP的检出率为56.67%(含量为未检出~1.24μg/L,中位数为0.07μg/L),DEHP的检出率为20.00%(含量为未检出~0.26μg/L,中位数为未检出);LH、FSH、T、E2的浓度分别为(5.60±4.24)IU/L,(6.59±2.90)IU/L,(44.60±20.19)pg/ml,(35.35±20.26)ng/ml。DMP、DBP、DEHP与激素水平之间无显著相关性和趋势关系(均P>0.05)。结论本次调查的宁夏地区育龄期妇女血清中PAEs污染物目前以DMP和DBP为主。 Objective To study the exposure level of the PAEs of child-bearing period women aged 27 to 43 years. Methods The serum samples were collected intravenously from 30 child-bearing period women who were residents of Ningxia,aged 27 to 43. For four kinds of PAEs level determination,the serum samples were separated by using a temperature program and determined by using high performance liquid chromatography. Results DMP, DBP and DEHP were found in serum samples of child-bearing period women in Ningxia, which were 76.67%(ranged from non-detected level to 0.37 μg/L, the median was 0.13 μg/L), 56.67% (ranged from non-detected level to 1.24μg/L,the median was 0.07μg/L), 20%(ranged from non-detected level to 0.26μg/L,the median was not detected) respectively. The main pollutants of phthalates were phthalic acid di-ethyl ester (DMP),di-butyl phthalate (DBP) and di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP) in serum samples,the detection rates were 76.67% and 56.67% respectively. There were no correlation between concentrations of phthalates (DMP, DBP,DEHP) and levels of hormone in serum of child-bearing period women(P〉0.05). Conclusion The investigation indicates that the main pollutants of phthalates are DMP and DBP in child-bearing period women of Ningxia province.
