天麦消渴片对糖尿病模型大鼠血糖的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Tianmai Xiaoke Tablets on Blood Glucose of the Diabetes Model Rats

摘要 目的观察中西药合剂天麦消渴片对糖尿病模型大鼠的降血糖效果。方法选用雄性SD大鼠,采用腹腔注射1%链脲佐霉素50mg/kg制备糖尿病大鼠模型,将模型大鼠随机分为模型组、天麦消渴组、单纯中药组和吡考啉酸铬组,每组8只,正常健康大鼠8只作为对照组。对照组和模型组大鼠每日灌服生理盐水,单纯中药组每日灌服0.197g/kg中药浸膏,吡考啉酸铬组每日灌服3.2mg/kg吡考啉酸铬,天麦消渴组每日灌服0.24g/kg天麦消渴片,共4周。于0、2、4周时测定各组大鼠血糖以及24h进水量和进食量,于0、4周时测定大鼠体质量,于实验结束时测定糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素及血脂水平。结果实验结束时,天麦消渴组、吡考啉酸铬组大鼠血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体重、饮水量和进食量低于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);单纯中药组有一定的下降但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。糖尿病大鼠胰岛素水平明显升高,天麦消渴组和吡考啉酸铬组大鼠胰岛素水平较模型组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论天麦消渴片中吡考啉酸铬与中药成分具有协同作用,具有降低糖尿病大鼠血糖、改善糖尿病症状的功效。 Objective To observe the hypoglycemic effect of Tianmai Xiaoke Tablets [Tablets containing Tianhuafen (Radix Trichosanthis) and Maidong (Radix Ophiopogonis) for diabetes] on diabetes rat models. Methods The diabetes models were established with streptozotocin (STZ) 50mg/kg through intraperitoneal injection. The rat models were randomized into model group, Tianmai Xiaoke Tablets group, simple Chinese medicine group, and chromium picolinate group, with 8 in each. Another 8 healthy rats were taken in the control group. The control group and the model group were treated with normal saline, the simple Chinese medicine group was given Chinese medicine extract 0. 197g/kg, the chromium picolinate group was administered chromium picolinate 3.2mg/kg, and the Tianmai Xiaoke Tablets group was prescribed Tianmai Xiaoke Tablets 0.24g/kg each day. The treatment lasted 4 weeks. Blood glucose as well as water and food intake within 24 hours was determined at begining and the end of 2 and 4 weeks; body weight of the rats was measured at the begining and in 4 weeks; glycosy-lated hemoglobin, insulin and blood lipid were determined at the end of the experiment. Results At the end of experiment, the blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, body weight, and water and food intake of the Tianmai Xiaoke Tablets group and chromium picolinate group were lower than those of the model group, and the difference was significant (P〈0. 05). Those of the simple Chi- nese medicine group decreased but without statistical significance (P〉0. 05). The insulin level of diabetic rats was significantly increased, and that of the Tianmai Xiaoke Tablets group and the chromium picolinate group was significantly lowered than that of the model group (P〉0.05). Conclusion The chromium picolinate of the Tianmai Xiaoke Tablets has synergistic action with the ingredient of Chinese medicine, being effective in decreasing the blood glucose and improving the symptoms of diabetes of the diabetic rats.
