摘要
文章从公益化视角对公立医院补偿机制进行了分析,其后对公益化视角下公立医院补偿机制构建进行了探讨,包括明确公立医院财政投入的思路、拓宽公立医院补偿渠道、规范公立医院医疗服务价格、完善公立医院财政投入的配套政策、积极探索,因地制宜。
This article expounded the public hospital compensation mechanism from the welfare observation,and then put forward establishing the public hospital compensation mechanism,which includes make clear the thought of budget outlay,broaden the means of compensation,standardize the service price,consummate the supporting policies 0f budget outlay and take actions that suit local circumstances.
