知识产权法高等教育是我国知识产权战略实施的一项重要内容,而医事法学专业作为一个不同于传统法学专业的新兴专业,在知识产权法的教学上有其自身特点。文章从教学内容、原则及方法等方面对医事法学专业知识产权法教学加以探讨并提出若干建议。

Higher education of Intellectual Property Strategy is an important element in China and the medical profession as a law is different from traditional legal profession emerging profession,the teaching of intellectual property law has its own characteristics.This article explores the teaching of intellectual property law from the teaching content,teaching methods,principles and teaching of law for medical professionals,and made several recommendations.
