Effects of clinical pathway management on mean hospitalization day of patients with uterine leiomyoma

文章结合某医院子宫平滑肌瘤临床路径管理的实施情况,通过实施临床路径与传统诊疗下子宫肌瘤住院患者平均日的对比分析,探索临床路径管理对患者平均住院日的影响,同时,对临床路径在实施过程中存在的制约因素进行剖析,为临床路径管理扩大试点范围及正式实施提供一定的参考。

This study investigated the effect of clinical pathway management on shortening of mean hospitalization day of patients with uterine leiomyoma by comparsion of data from patients with or without clinical pathway management,and analyzed the related limitation for application of clinical pathway mangement,to consequently provide evidences for official application and further expanding of clinical pathway management.
