中药浴足对多发性神经病效果的研究

Study for the effect on polyneuropathy treated by foot bath with traditional Chinese medicine

目的对多发性神经病患者给予中药浴足护理干预的效果进行研究。方法采用随机数字表将符合纳入标准的多发性神经病患者分为两组各30例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用常规治疗同时使用中药浴足进行护理。结果两组患者的疗效比较,以及治疗前后神经传导速度比较,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用中药浴足,能提高多发性神经病患者神经传导的进度及疗效,缩短患者的住院天数,减轻病人负担,提高病人的满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicated （TCM） feet bath nursing intervention for patients with multi-neuropathy. Method The multi-neuropathy patients wntcn meet tne inclusion criteria were selected and divided into two groups using random number table, and there were 30 cases in each group. Only conventional therapy was applied in the control group, both conventional therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicated foot-bath were adopted in the nursing intervention group. The main component in Chinese foot-bath pharmacy was astragalus and Chuanxiong Result TCM foot-bath is effective for patients with multi-neuropathy. Compared with the control groups, nerve conduction velocity was faster than that in nursing intervention group （P〈0.05）. and the therapy efficacy was obviously more superior. Conclusion The foot-bath nursing combined with traditional Chinese medical therapy were reflected the characteristics of Chinese nursing. The time of patients＂ stay in hospital was shortened and the patients＇ burden reduced which improved the patients＇ satisfaction.
