摘要
文艺复兴时期,随着社会地位和自我意识的提升,艺术家表现自我逐渐从宗教和历史故事画里脱离出来,直接描绘独立的自我肖像,为了夸示崇高的社会地位,把自己描绘为知识渊博的学者、风度翩翩的绅士、举止优雅的贵族以及地位显赫的宫廷和学院艺术家。这种类型的自画像即"荣耀式自画像"。在之后的世纪里,众多艺术家延续并发展了此类自画像创作。
The earliest self-portraits emerged during the Renaissance.With the promotion of artists' social status and the expansion of their self-consciousness,the artists release from the religious and historical paintings.They appeared in self-portraits as a knowledgeable scholar,handsome gentleman,elegant nobleman or court and academy artists with prominent position.This type of painting is called 'the self-portrait of glory.' In the following centuries,many artists continued and developed such type of self-portraits.
