摘要
眼用原位凝胶是利用高分子材料对外界刺激的响应,使高分子聚合物在生理条件下发生分散状态或构象的可逆变化,完成由溶液向凝胶的转化过程;本文从眼用原位凝胶的分类、特点等方面进行了详细的介绍,并总结了眼用原位凝胶的药学研究进展。
Ophthalmic gel in situ is the use of polymeric materials respond to external stimulation,so that the polymer in physiological conditions occur dispersion state or conformational reversible change,completed by the solution to gel process.This article introduced the ophthalmic gel classification,characteristics and other aspects in detail,and summarizes pharmaceutical research progress.
