心脏术中体外循环意外及故障发生的原因分析与探讨 被引量:10

摘要 目的分析及探讨心脏直视手术中体外循环意外及故障发生的原因。方法回顾性总结2年内4 755例心脏直视手术病例资料,其中发生体外循环意外14例,发生率为0.29%。结果 14例体外循环意外事件中,设备故障4例,药物反应1例,人为因素9例。给予相应的对症处理后,14例均被治愈,无死亡,无后遗症的发生。结论心脏直视手术中发生体外循环意外主要是由人为因素造成。因此,加强人员能力培训、做好充分的准备工作、提高医务人员责任心等可有效地降低体外循环意外的发生率。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the causes of extracorporeal circulation accident and failure during cardiac surgery.METHODS From 2009 to 2010,4755 cases of cardiac operation were retrospectively analyzed.Fourteen patients experienced extracorporeal circulation accidents,and the incidence was 0.29%.RESULTS These accidents reported 4 episodes of mechanical failure,1 episode of severe protamine allergy and 9 episodes of human error.There were a total of 14 accidents resulting in no deaths or other complications after the appropriate treatments.CONCLUSIONThe most important cause of extracorporeal circulation accidents is human error in the open heart surgery.Therefore,in order to reduce the incidence of the extracorporeal circulation accidents effectively,the training of the staff should be strengthened greatly.
