急性马钱子中毒的中枢神经系统改变一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女，56岁，因过量服用马钱子致抽搐伴神志不清16h，于2009年10月31日23：00时入院。患者既往有3年的类风湿性关节炎病史，手脚关节畸形，平时活动受限。发病前否认有感冒、腹泻、疫苗接种史。否认既往有癫痫发作史和高血压病史。发病前3d服用风湿马钱片（国药准字Z41020244，河南蓝天药业有限公司）治疗类风湿性关节炎，但每日服用9片，连服用3d（说明书上写明每日3～4片，
