急性期腔内修复治疗腹腔主要分支血管受累的B型主动脉夹层（附4例报告） 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察急性期腔内修复（EVR）治疗腹腔主要分支血管受累的B型主动脉夹层（AD）的疗效并探讨其可行性。方法对4例B型急性AD伴腹腔主要分支血管受累患者急性期行EVR治疗，术后随访。结果4例患者成功行EVR术，13支受累的腹腔主要分支血管12支（92．3％）术后血运改善，1例肠缺血加重，无其他并发症发生，1例死亡，死因为急性心肌梗死，其他3例已经存活11—48个月。结论急性期腔内修复治疗腹腔主要分支血管受累的B型AD可能能够改善分支血管血供并降低近期死亡风险。
