摘要
目的探讨肝脏继发性淋巴瘤的CT表现。方法回顾性分析22例肝脏继发性淋巴瘤患者,其中20例为非霍奇金淋巴瘤,2例为霍奇金病。所有病例均接受腹部CT扫描,并有16例接受增强扫描。结果 22例肝脏继发性淋巴瘤中,结节(肿块)型19例,弥漫型2例,混合型1例;其中多发性占位15例。CT平扫所有病变均为低密度影;增强后1例病变呈环状强化,3例中度强化,5例轻度强化,其中6例出现血管漂浮征;7例无明显强化。结论多发占位、密度较均匀、少血供、不侵犯血管为肝脏继发性淋巴瘤的CT表现特点,对诊断有一定提示作用。
Objective To explore CT characteristics of secondary liver lymphoma.Methods Data of 22 patients with secondary liver lymphoma,including 20 non-Hodgkin lymphoma and 2 Hodgkin disease were analyzed retrospectively.Abdomen CT scan was performed in all cases,enhanced CT scan was performed in 16 cases.Results Among 22 patients,the lesions were nodular（n=19）,diffuse（n=2） or mixed type（n=1）.Multiple lesions were found in 15 patients.Plain CT showed low density in all cases.Enhanced CT showed circular enhancement in 1,medium enhancement in 3,mild enhancement in 5,blood vessel floating sign in 6,while no enhancement occurred in 7 cases.Conclusion CT characteristics including multiple uniform density lesions,hematoasthenia and nonaggression blood vessel may suggest the diagnosis of secondary liver lymphoma.
