摘要
以高强变形锌合金(ZAT10)为研究对象,通过热分析仪(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)以及力学性能测试,研究了高强变形锌合金的相组成,并采用硬度法绘制ZAT10的TTT曲线。结果表明:高强变形锌合金ZAT10是由η锌相和(α+η)相的层片状共析体组织组成;ZAT10的时效孕育期从260℃至120℃经历先变短后变长的过程,在210℃左右的时效孕育期最短。
Microstructure of high-strength deformation zinc alloy ZAT10 were investigated by means of DSC,XRD,SEM and EDS,and its TTT curve was obtained by hardness method.The results show that the microstructure of ZAT10 alloy consists of η-Zn phase and lamellar eutectoid phase of(α+η).From 260 ℃ to 120 ℃,the age incubation period of the ZAT10 alloy decreases first to the minimum of 1.5 min at 210 ℃ and then increases with decreasing aging temperature..
