前哨淋巴结活检在乳腺癌治疗中的应用现状 被引量：3

摘要 腋窝淋巴结的状况是早期浸润性乳腺癌患者最重要的预后因素，并可指导患者是否需要全身治疗及放疗。NSABPB-32试验的长期随访结果已经表明，对于前哨淋巴结活检结果阴性的患者，进一步的腋窝淋巴结清扫并不能改善患者的生存。对于这部分患者，避免腋窝淋巴结的清扫已成为标准治疗。前哨淋巴结活检减少了腋窝淋巴结清扫带来的诸多并发症，提高了患者的生活质量，在腋窝淋巴结状况的评估中，有逐步取代常规腋窝淋巴结清扫的趋势。
