导管溶栓技术在治疗下肢动脉缺血性疾病中的应用体会 被引量：3

摘要 各种原因引起的肢体缺血和微循环障碍不仅导致较高的截肢风险，继发的全身代谢紊乱也会因损害重要脏器功能而危及生命。在下肢缺血性疾病病因中血栓扮演着重要角色，外周动脉内血栓形成的防治始终是临床工作中的重点。导管溶栓技术近年普遍用于治疗急慢性肢体动脉缺血性疾病，本文将我院临床应用该种技术的一些体会报告如下。
