任何一门学科的研究与应用都离不开对正确方法的掌握,经济法学亦不例外,经济法学一直试图构建一种包括研究方法在内的自证理论体系,研究方法的创新对理论体系的构建无疑起着积极的作用。运用传统法学研究的方法对经济法进行研究并构建经济法学理论是非常必要的,但这对经济法学理论而言远远不够,必须走出原有研究方法的思维定势,寻求经济法所特有的非传统研究方法。

The study and application of each subject needs valid methods with no exception to economic law.The innovation of research methods plays a positive role in the construction of the theoretical system of economic law which is trying to construct a self-proof theoretical system involving research method.It is extremely necessary to apply the traditional research method to the study of economic law.But it is insufficient for the construction of economic law theory.Therefore,non-traditional research method must be seeked.
