甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗肾性贫血的机制研究

Study on the machanism of mannatide capsule in the treatment of renal anemia

目的研究甘露聚糖肽(免疫增强药)治疗肾性贫血的作用机制。方法将维持性血透(HD)或腹膜透析(CAPD)治疗的肾性贫血病人62例随机分为2组,每组均31例。在EPO、铁剂等治疗基础上,治疗组加服多抗甘露聚糖肽,每次10 mg,每日3次。治疗前后观察血红蛋白、肌酐、免疫球蛋白及T淋巴细胞亚群等指标的变化。结果治疗4周后,治疗组的Hb、网织红细胞、IgG、CD4T细胞亚群,与对照组相比有明显升高。结论甘露聚糖肽对造血功能有促进作用,对改善细胞免疫与体液免疫功能也有一定作用。

Objective To study on the machanism of mannopeptin in the treatment of renal anemia.Methods The 62 renal anemia patients in maintenance hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis treatment were divided into two groups.The treatment group was added oral mannopeptin（10 mg,tid）on the primary treatment of erythropoietin and oral iron.Changes of hemoglobin,serum creatinine（SCr）,immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subtypes were observed before and after treatment.Results After 4-week drug treatment,the levels of Hb,reticulocytes,IgG and CD4 T subtypes in treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The results indicated that mannopeptin improved myeloid hemopoiesis,and showed the positive effect on both cellular and humoral immune function in patients with renal anemia.
