现代奶牛养殖业的产业组织模式的构建——基于规模经济—范围经济—网络经济的视角

Industrial organization mode construction of modern dairy farming industry: the perspective of scale economies,economies of scope and network economy

针对当前我国分散饲养的养殖模式与原奶生产的盲目性引起规模不经济、奶农在产业链中的弱势地位和环境污染问题与片面追求经济利益的投资商的存在和养殖小区质量监督的缺乏所导致"问题"乳制品的频频发生,引入了规模经济、范围经济和网络经济等理论分析建立现代奶牛养殖业产业组织的可行性,总结奶牛养殖业发达国家产业组织的特征,立足我国国情和行业现状,构建了新型奶牛养殖业的产业组织,从奶农、农户、生产过程和园区设计等层面提出促进新型组织形成的对策。

An important part for China agricultural modernization dairy modernization is the process that traditional dairy farming industry transform modem dairy farming industry. Aiming at the existing problems of non-scale economies,farmers＇ weak position in the industry chain and environment pollution which dairies have been scattering farmed and raw milk have been Produced as well as the problem of hazardous dairy products which ofen emergences on account of the prensence of many farms pusing only economical profit and scarce of qualiW supervision of daiy products from small area , the article integrates three theories of scale economy, scope economy and network economy to anlayse the construction feasibiliW of modem dairy farming industry ,summarying characters of mature industrial organization modes which have been executed in the dairy developed countries, constructs industrial organization mode of new dairy farming industry basing on China and the present situation of industry ,proposes some suggestions which accelerate the form of new organization from levels of fairy farmer ,household and the process ofproduce,besidesthe design of park.
