综述了奶牛miRNA的鉴定方法、miRNA与奶牛疾病的关系以及miRNA与奶牛乳腺发育和乳汁分泌的关系,旨在为以后miR-NA在奶牛上的深入研究奠定理论基础。

In this paper, the appraisal methods of cow＇s miRNAs, the relationship between miRNAs and cow diseases, and the development cow＇s marmnary gland and milk secretion were reviewed. The aim to this study is to get theoretical basis for later in-depth study in the cow＇s miRNA.
