对GB 5413.10-2010中维生素K_1检测的改进研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过对不同种酶进行研究对比之后发现,改用胰脂肪酶能够很好的使脂肪降解,避免了对维生素K1检测的干扰,而且其加标回收率和方法重现性都能满足GB/T 27404-2008的要求。 In the GB 513.10-2010, the fat was decomposed by the lipase incompletely, so the vitamin K1 peaks was not separated with the fat peak in the chromatography diagram, and then the peak area of the vitamin K1 was inaccurate. In the present study, three kinds of enzymes that include the lipase from porcine pancreas, lipase from Candida rugosa and pancreafin from porcine pancreas, were tested through detecting the different milk power sample, the pancreatin from porcine pancreas was considered to be the best one by the test results. Especially the value of testing after the improvement was more close to the amount of addition for the milk product.
