Importance of the Active Roles of Students in Adult Training

学习的发生是一种改变,一种从思想到行为的改变。成人培训如果一直遵循传统的教学方式,培训效果会大打折扣,甚至会引起成人学员的反感。遵循成人学习的规律还课堂给成人学员,调动成人学员主动学习的积极性,让成人学员成为学习的主体,主动发现问题、解决问题。从知识的补充,扩充为能力的提升,这才是做好成人培训的要点所在。

Nowadays, studying becomes one of the most determinant factors for people. The occurrence of study is associated with subjective change from thought to behavior. Thus ,the conventional way of indoctrination can only bring less positive effect in adult training, or even incur the students disfavour. It is of great importance to stimulate the students＇ enthusiasm on learning actively. The training effect will be upgraded from an expansion of knowledge to an increment of capability if the students are willing to find and solve problems actively. So, the key element of a good adult training is to follow the pattern of adult learning, and give the class back to the students.
