Study on the Guaranteeing Strategies of the French Adults' Learning Rights

学习权是每个公民所应享有的基本人权,成人学习权是以成人学习者为主体,充分利用各种学习资源,满足自身学习和发展需求的一项基本权利。文章从组织保障策略、法律法规保障策略、学习机构保障策略、经费保障策略四个方面对法国成人学习权利保障策略进行系统的梳理。

The study right is a fundamental human right which every citizen should enjoy, it is a basic right that take the aduh learner as the main body, using many kinds of learning resources sufficiently, and satisfying peoples＇ own study and development demand. This article cards systematicly the guaranteeing strategies of the French adults＇ learning rights from the aspect of organizational security policies ,laws and regulations guaranteeing strategies, learning institution strategies and funding strategies.
