河南省新农村建设的因子分析与评价

The New Rural Construction Factor Analysis and Evaluation in Henan Province

在新农村建设的4个一级指标出发构建了23个二级评价指标体系的基础上,利用因子分析法对全国各地区新农村2009年的建设水平进行分析和评价,得出全国各地区的社会主义新农村建设的最终排名和河南省的新农村建设地位.以河南省18地市为对象,以2009年相关统计资料数据为依据,选取了15个代表性指标,对河南省新农村发展现状进行了分析,探讨影响河南省新农村建设水平发展不平衡的因素,提出了建设河南特色的新农村的相应建议.

Firstly on the basis of four first-level indexes of new rural construction, we constructed the evaluation index system with 23 secondary indicators, and this paper used the factor analysis to the national regions of new rural construction level in 2009, analyzed and appraised the level of our country socialist new rural construction and got the position of Henan. Secondly this paper used 18 cities as the objects and based on the statistical information and data in Henan province. Finally we selected 15 representative data to get the result of new village＇s achievements of development in Henan provice. Finally it discussed the unbalanced factors of new rural construction and the corresponding suggestions have been provided in order to build a new socialist countryside in Henan with it sown characteristics.
