摘要
针对一种T/R组件交付系统使用中出现的故障率高、可靠性低事件,利用可靠性增长理论,结合组件设计、加工、使用等特点,提出建立T/R组件失效故障树模型的方法。对各种故障形式的基本事件进行了研究分析,从改进设计、完善工艺、更改器件选型和加强过程质量控制等诸多方面提出了可靠性增长对策。并就可靠性增长模型、可靠性增长评估统计分析方法进行了探讨,为评估分析提供了参考依据。
In order to solve the problems-the high fault rate and low reliability of a certain T/R module which has been delivered and used in a military equipment system, this paper, through using the theory of the reliability growth and combining the character istics of the module design, process and use procedure, presented a method of building fault tree model for T/R module; re- searched the basic events of various types of failures; and put forward countermeasures for reliability growth in many aspects such as design improvement, craft perfecting, devices selecting, quality control enhancement in the whole process. Besides, the paper discussed the model of reliability growth and statistical method for assessment of the reliability growth which provide a reference ba- sis for assessment and analysis.
