光正交频分复用(OFDM)光纤通信系统综述 被引量:12

摘要 最近的一些研究表明,OFDM是一种很有希望在光纤通信领域应用的技术。本文回顾了光正交频分复用(OFDM)技术进展,介绍了其基本原理;简述了多模和单模光纤OFDM通信系统技术的发展概况,综述了光OFDM-PON在接入网中的应用情况,最后指出光OFDM系统的优缺点并展望了其发展前景。 Very recently a number of researches have shown that OFDM is a very promising technology for optical communications.This paper gives a tutorial overview of OFDM technical progress.The principles of OFDM are introduced.The Status and future developments for OFDM transmission systems of multimode optical fiber and single mode optical fiber are brief described.Application status for optical OFDM-based PON for next generation optical access is summarized.Finally,fundamental advantages and disadvantages of OFDM in optical communication applications are indicated,and the future of optical OFDM are prospected.
