阶跃结构八角光子晶体光纤色散特性研究

摘要 设计了一种阶跃结构的八角光子晶体光纤,采用频域有限差分法研究了内、外层空气孔直径d1、d2和孔间距Λ对色散的影响,实现了在波长1.1~1.9μm范围内其色散值变化仅为-0.5~1.5ps/(km.nm)的宽带低平坦色散特性,并总结了获得低平坦色散的一般方法;与普通光纤相比,可调参数更多,可控特性更灵活,能更好的满足当前波分复用的需求。 A novel octagonal photonic crystal fiber with step-structure was designed.The dispersion of several different structure O-PCF was numerically calculated by using 2D-FDTD,The influences on the dispersion from the air hole diameters and hole pitch was also analysed.This kind of O-PCF has broadband ultra-flattened lower dispersion.At the range of wavelength 1.1~1.9μm,the dispersion coefficient merely changing from-0.5~1.5ps/(km·nm).Compared with the traditional PCF,it is more flexible to be designed with more adjustable dimension parameters and it could satisfy the requirement of present WDM system.
