220kV滥坝变主变有载分接开关档位控制器损坏，其生产厂家倒闭，多方联系无法修复，主变档位不能实现遥控遥信。该站无人值守计划受阻。若为档住控制器而更换有载分接开关操作机构，花费不小且还需停电，后经改造，在花费极少且不停电的情况下，恢复了远方测控功能。
