对城市配电网规划建设的思考

通过对新加坡新能源公司配电网规划的分析，借鉴他们的成功经验，结合我国城市配电网在发展过程中存在的问题和不足，分别从规划理念、设计思路2个方面找出差距，分析不足，并提出相应的优化措施。

By analyzing on the distribution network planning of Singapore new energy company,with their successful experiences as ref- erences, Combined with the problems and shortcomings in the development process of domestic urban distribution network. The differ- ence were found out, our shortcomings was analyzed, and the corresponding improving measures were presented form design ideas and concepts.
