摘要
教师作为一个重要的社会群体,他的幸福直接关系到学生的幸福、教育的发展以及社会的和谐与进步。但在价值观多元的当下,教学生活的僵化、教师自我价值的遮蔽和教师神圣光芒的退隐,成为教师追寻并获得幸福的主要阻碍与羁绊。为了摆脱这一困境,我们应该重新审视教师的教学生活和精神地位,转变教学观念,重新追寻教师的幸福。
Teachers have formed an important social group,and their happiness is directly related to that of students,educational development and the harmony and progress of the society.In the multi-value current situation,however,the rigid teaching life,the covering of teachers' self-value and the declining of the professional sacredness have become the impediments and trammels to teachers' pursuit of happiness.In order to extricate ourselves from this predicament,we ought to reexamine teachers' teaching life and spiritual position,change the concept of teaching and regain teachers' happiness.
