强二冷比水量在首钢小方坯铸机的应用 被引量:1

Application of high intensity of secondary cooling water on billet caster of Shougang

摘要 研究了在末端电磁搅拌条件下,连铸方坯(130mm×130mm)时二冷比水量对高碳钢铸坯中心碳偏析和内部质量的影响。结果表明,当二冷比水量由0.8L/kg增加至1.5L/kg、拉速从2.4m/min增加到2.8m/min后,平均中心碳偏析指数由1.10降至1.04,高拉速、强二冷工艺适合于首都钢铁集团有限公司小方坯连铸机生产高碳钢。 The present paper studied the effect of water ratio in secondary cooling zone on center carbon segregation and internal quality of high carbon steel billet (130 mm × 130 mm) casting under the condition of final electromagnetic stirring. The result shows that the average center carbon segregation index decreased to 1.04 from 1.10 with increase of water ratio in secondary cooling zone to 1.5 L/kg from 0. 8 L/kg as well as acceleration of the cast speed to 2. 8 m/min from 2.4 m/min. The high secondary cooling intensity and high speed are fit for producting high carbon steel with the billet in Shougang.
