高职院校体育场馆绩效管理评价模型及应用

The Assessment Model and Its Application of Performance Management of the Entrusted Managing College Gymnasiums

为客观分析高职院校体育场馆绩效管理水平,在构建高职院校体育场馆绩效管理水平综合评价体系的基础上,通过问卷调查、专家打分等方法,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定各评价指标的权重;运用多因子加权平均求和,得到高职院校体育场馆绩效管理水平综合评价值;再依据四级分类,构建高职院校体育场馆绩效管理水平的评价模型。该模型为相关部门正确判断委托经营性高职院校体育场馆绩效评价提供可操作性的评价体系,对有序推进高职院校体育场馆改革提供决策支持。

Currently,implementation of the multi-level entrusted management model in college gymnasiums has become a trend.In order to objectively analysis the performance management of sports gymnasiums,the author constructs the assessment model of the performance management of college gymnasiums based on the implementation of the comprehensive assessment system of the performance management of college stadium,by applying questionnaire survey,expert scoring method.The author first applies AHP to determine the weight of evaluation index;then,applies multi-factor weighted average to obtain the comprehensive assessment value of the performance management of college gymnasiums;at last,constructs the assessment model based on the four classifications.The model provides the possible assessment model for the relevant departments to correctly judge the performance management of the college gymnasiums.It also provides a support for college gymnasiums to promote the implementation of reform orderly.
