农民工回乡创业环境评价研究——基于江西赣州地区的调查

The Environment Evaluation of the Peasant Workers' Returning to Hometown to Start An Undertaking——Based on the Survey of Ganzhou Area in Jiangxi Province

通过借鉴GEM新经济增长模型中的创业环境分析框架,结合我国农村的具体实际,构建了农民工回乡创业环境评价指标体系。以江西赣州地区3个县市9个行政村280位农民工的问卷调查数据为依据,运用因子分析法对农民工回乡创业环境进行了分析。结果表明,农民工回乡创业环境中的自然环境因素最好,经济文化环境因素最差,虽然总体创业环境一般,但改善的空间很大。为此,要充分利用自身优势发展区域经济,积极培育并弘扬创业文化,落实回乡创业优惠政策。

Mainly using entrepreneurial environment analysis framework of GEM new economic growth model for reference, and combining with the specific conditions of Chinese rural areas, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the entrepreneurial environment of the peasant workers＂ returning to hometown to start an undertaking. Based on the questionnaire survey data of 280 peasant workers in nine villages of three counties of Ganzhou area in Jiangxi Province, it empirically analyses the entrepreneurial environment of the peasant workers＂ returning to hometown to start an undertaking by using factor analysis. It shows that the natural environment factor is the best, but the economic and cultural environment factor is the worst. Although the overall entrepreneurial environ- ment is general, there is a large space for improvement. Therefore, we should make full use of local advantages to develop regional economy, cultivate and promote entrepreneurial culture positively and implement the entrepreneurial preferential policies effectively.
