摘要
目的研究白藜芦醇对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂和血液流变学指标的影响。方法 Wistar大鼠90只随机分为6组,正常对照组喂普通饲料,其他各组喂饲高脂饲料建立高脂血症模型,各组按规定预防给药40 d后测定血清血脂水平及血液流变学指标。结果与模型号组比较,白藜芦醇能明显降低高脂血症大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B10(0apoB100)水平(P<0.05),升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(IapoA)I含量和apoAI/apoB100比值(P<0.05);全血低、中、高切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞刚性指数(IER)、红细胞聚集指数(IEA)显著降低(P<0.05),红细胞变形指数(IED)升高(P<0.05)。结论白藜芦醇能预防实验性高脂血症大鼠脂代谢紊乱,可能与其提高机体脂代谢能力,改善血液流变学指标异常有关。
Objective To observe the effect of resveratrol(Res) on blood lipid and hemorheologic parameters in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods Ninety Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups. The rats in the normal control group were fed with normal diet, and the rats in other 5 groups were given high fat diet to induce hyperlipidemia. After preventive treatment for 40 days, serum lipid levels and hemorrheologic indexes were measured. Results Compared with the model group, the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and apolipoprotein B100(apoB100) were decreased significantly(P 〈 0.05), and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), apoAi and apoAt/apoB100 were increased(P 〈 0.05) in Res groups. Meanwhile, high-, mid- dle- and low-shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit(HCT), index of erythrocytic rigidity(IER), index of erythrocytic aggregation(IEA) were decreased significantly(P 〈 0.05), and index of erythrocytic deformation(IED) was increased (P 〈 0.05) in Res groups. Conclusion Res can regulate the disorder of lipid metabolism in hyperlipemia through promoting lipid metabolism and improving hemorheological indexes.
