促肝细胞生长素对重症肝炎治疗效果的临床对照观察

The Efficacy of Promoting Hepatocyte Growth Factor in Patients with Severe Hepatitis

目的观察促肝细胞生长素对重症肝炎的疗效,关注患者血清中C反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量变化,以积累经验,为临床治疗提供理论帮助。方法收集126例重症肝炎的患者,依患者入院顺序分为观察组与对照组各63例,对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用促肝细胞生长素治疗,比较两组患者治疗的效果及对血清中CRP和TNF-α的影响。结果治疗4周后,观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,两组治疗后血清中CRP和TNF-α均下降,但是观察组的下降值更明显。结论促肝细胞生长素对重症肝炎的疗效明显,并能有效下调患者血清中CRP和TNF-α的表达,临床治疗中可以积极应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect, CRP and TNF- α change by promoting hepatocyte growth factor in patients with severe hepatitis, for accumulating the clinical experience, directing the clinical work. Methods One hundred and twenty-six severe hepatitis patients were divided into two groups with 63 cases in each. The control group were treated by routine treatment, the observation group were added promoting hepatocyte growth factor. We observated the efficacy and the change of CRP and TNF- o~ in two groups. Results The total effective rate was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group. The change value of CRP and TNF- α were obviously higher in the observation group after treatment. Conclusion The promoting hepatocyte growth factor can improve the curative effect, regulate the expressions of CRP and TNF-α in patients with severe hepatitis. Promoting hepatocyte growth factor is worthy of being recommended in patients.
