摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)视网膜病变患者血脂水平的变化及其临床意义。方法 101例T2DM患者和30例健康查体者(对照组)为研究对象,T2DM患者分为无视网膜病变组(NDR组)、背景型视网膜病变组(BDR组)、增殖型视网膜病变组(PDR组)。测定各组的血脂水平。结果 T2DM组TC、TG、LDL-C水平高于对照组,HDL-C显著低于对照组,相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);病变组TC、TG、LDL-C水平高于NDR组,HDL-C显著低于NDR组,相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);PDR组TC、TG、LDL-C水平高于BDR组,HDL-C显著低于BDR组,相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);糖尿病视网膜病变程度与TC、TG、LDL-C水平呈显著正相关(r=0.514,0.581,0.517;P<0.01),与HDL-C水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.551,P<0.05)。结论血脂水平在T2DM视网膜病变进程中起着非常重要的作用,血脂水平可以做为判定T2DM发生DR的指标。
Objective To investigate the changes and its clinical significance of lipid level in patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods All 101 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM ) patients with diabetic and 30 cases of healthy people ( control group ) were used as objects of study. T2DM patients were divided into three groups: NDR group, BDR group and PDR group. The lipid level was detected. Results The TC, TG and LDL-C level of the T2DM group were significantly higher than control group, and the HDL-C level was significantly lower than control group, the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The TC, TG and LDL-C level of the PDR group were significantly higher than BDR group, and the HDL-C level was significantly lower than BDR group, the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The degree of DR disease was positively correlated with the TC, TG and LDL-C level ( r=0.514,0.581,0.517, P 〈 0.05 ) and negatively correlated with the HDL-C level (r=-0.551, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The lipid level plays an important role in the process of DR, the lipid level could be used an index to judge the occurrence of T2DM complicated with DR.
