摘要
目的观察在不同温度下保存不同时间对空腹血清常规酶活性检测的影响。方法收集150例正常体检人群的空腹血清标本,在室温和4℃放置不同时间后对AST、ALT、γ-GGT、ALP、LDH进行检测,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果两种温度不同时间段的检测结果有一定差异,但都在实验室误差范围内。结论常规酶类检测标本如不能及时检测,24h之内可在室温和4℃加盖保存,4℃误差更小。
Objective To observe the influence of storage temperature and time on results of serum conventional enzymes. Methods Place serum samples at 25-27 ℃ and 4 ℃ separately for different time. Detect and analyze the results of AST, ALT, γ -GGT, ALP, LDH. Results The results have some differenees,but can be accepted. Conclusion Save the capped serum samples at 25-27℃ and 4 within 24h if they can＇ t be tested timely. The error is smaller in 4℃ .
