摘要
目的探讨极固宁脱敏剂对不同粘接剂与牙本质间粘接力的影响。方法选择离体前磨牙72颗,分为极固宁处理组和空白对照组,分别用3种不同的粘接剂(Super-Bond C&B、玻璃离子CX、磷酸锌ZPC)粘接试件到牙本质表面,进行粘接剪切强度测试。结果极固宁的应用降低Super-Bond C&B与牙本质间的粘接力,同对照组比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);对玻璃离子CX、磷酸锌ZPC与牙本质间的粘接力无明显的影响(P>0.05)。结论极固宁会造成临床常用的复合树脂粘结系统剪切强度的下降,但对玻璃离子和磷酸锌两种粘结剂的强度无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the influence of Green Or on the dentin shear bond strength of different adhesives. Methods Seventy-two extracted human pre-molars were divided into experiment groups and control groups and using three different adhesives ( Super-Bond C&B, CX, ZPC ). The adhesive agents were used for bonding all specimens to exposed dentin.Shear bond strength values were measured with a universal testing machine. Results Green Or reduced the bond strength of Super-Bond C&B agent, and the difference of the shear bond strength was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) hut have no influence on the CX or ZPC. Conclusion The dentin shear bond strength will be reduced by the composite resin using Green Or , hut have no influence on the glass ionomer cement or the zinc phosphate cement
