摘要
对综合自动化变电站测控装置中的手动同期合闸功能原理、同期条件的整定原则进行了阐述,并对手动同期合闸二次回路原理进行了分析。结合现场工作实际发生的同期合闸失败事件,指出抽压PT电压引接不正确、二次回路接线错误、定值及参数整定不合理是造成手动同期合闸失败的主要原因。并建议,在新设备安装时,尽量模拟实际运行情况对装置进行同期模拟测试,尤其注意同期二次回路和同期定值项的核查,在投运后,及时进行母线及线路电压二次回路的电压值及极性的检查,确保同期合闸回路的正确完好。
As for the integrated automation transformer substation measure-control device, the paper expounds the function principle of its manual operated synchronization brake and the setting principle of synchronization condition. Then it analyzes the secondary-loop principle of manual operated synchronization brake. Combining with the synchronization brake failure in site work, it points out the main reasons causing the failure include wrong line TV secondary voltage transfer, incorrect secondary loop connection, and irrational setting value and parameter setting. It is suggested that when a new device is fixed, simulation on the actual operation is necessary and synchronization simulation test to the best of one's abilities should be conducted, especially, synchronization secondary loop setting value should be checked. When it is put into run, the generatrix and line TV secondary voltage value and polarity should be examined in time, insuring correct synchronization brake function.
