零售商主导的生鲜农产品两次订货策略研究

摘要 生鲜农产品由于容易腐烂而产生严重价值损耗。以零售企业为背景,研究了信息对称条件下生鲜农产品两次订货策略。在对市场需求预测的基础上,构建两次订货模型,确定合理的产品订货量,以快速响应市场需求信息的变化;通过有效的库存控制来减少零售企业生鲜农产品过量仓储损耗和库存积压损失,并制定出有利于零售业的最大化利润和有效减少价值损耗的两次订货时间及订货量。
