摘要 目的:探讨高尿酸血症与糖代谢、脂代谢及其相关疾病的相关性。方法:选择本院127例门诊高尿酸血症患者作为高尿酸组,选择120名同期健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组高脂血症、糖尿病、高血压、冠心病等发病率差异。结果:高尿酸组患者高脂血症、糖尿病、高血压及冠心病发病率高于对照组。结论:高尿酸血症能够增加糖、脂代谢异常风险,增加相关疾病的患病风险。 Objective:To investigate the correlativity between hyperuricacidemia and glycometabolism,lipid metabolism and correlative disease.Methods:127 cases patients with hyperuricacidemia in clinic service were selected as hyperuricemia groups,and 120 healthy volunteer were selected as control groups,incidence rate of hyperlipoidemia,diabetes mellitus,hypertension and coronary heart disease were contrasted between hyperuricemia groups and control groups.Results:Incidence rate of hyperlipoidemia,diabetes mellitus,hypertension and coronary heart disease were higher in hyperuricemia groups than in control groups.Conclusion:Hyperuricacidemia can improve risk of abnormal glycometabolism and lipid metabolism,improve risk with correlative disease.
