摘要
目的:研究钉棒系统固定并前路减压植骨融合治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的临床疗效。方法:将本院2003年11月~2010年1月收治的71例胸腰段脊柱骨折患者遵照知情同意原则分为治疗组36例和对照组35例,对照组采用AF系统固定治疗,治疗组采用椎弓根钉棒系统钉棒系统固定并前路减压植骨融合治疗,比较分析两组的治疗情况。结果:观察组的优良率为97.2%,明显高于对照组的77.1%;两组的并发症发生率分别为2.8%、5.7%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:钉棒系统固定并前路减压植骨融合治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折获得较佳的临床疗效且安全性好,是临床首选的治疗方案之一。
Objective:To study on the the effect of screw and rod system combined with anterior decompression and fusion in the treatment of thoracic and lumbar fractures.Methods:From November 2003 to January 2010 in our hospital,75 cases of thoracic and lumbar fractures were divided into observation group(38 cases) and control group(37 cases) in accordance with informed consent,the control group were treated by AF system,the observation group were treated by rod system combined with anterior decompression and fusion,the therapeutic condition of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The excellent and good rate of observation group was 97.2%,significantly higher than 77.1% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P〈0.05);the complication rates in both groups were 2.8% and 5.7%,there was no significant difference between two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion:Screw and rod system combined with anterior decompression and fusion in the treatment of thoracic and lumbar fractures has better efficacy and good safety,can be used as the first choice of clinical treatment.
