血清β-HCG、孕酮联合B超测定对早期异常妊娠诊断价值研究

The study on the value of serum β-HCG,progesterone and B-ultrasound to determine early abnormal pregnancy

目的:探讨血清β-HCG、孕酮联合B超测定对早期异常妊娠诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析本院2001年2月～2010年3月收治的205例早期异常妊娠疾病患者的临床资料,根据临床结果分为先兆流产87例、稽留流产68例与异位妊娠50例,分析三组患者血清β-HCG、孕酮及B超测定结果。结果:先兆流产组血清β-HCG及孕酮值高于稽留流产组及异位妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清β-HCG、孕酮联合B超测定的诊断符合率最高,与单项检测比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清β-HCG、孕酮联合B超测定可以明显提高早期异常妊娠疾病的诊断符合率,值得临床关注。

Objective：To investigate the value of serum β-HCG,progesterone and B-ultrasound to determine early abnormal pregnancy.Methods：From February 2009 to March 2010 in our hospital,the clinical data of 205 cases with early abnormal pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed,based on clinical findings they were divided into 87 cases of threatened abortion,68 cases of missed abortion and 50 cases of ectopic pregnancy,the levels of serum β-HCG,progesterone and B-ultrasound were analyzed.Results：The serum β-HCG and progesterone of threatened abortion group were higher than that of missed abortion group and ectopic pregnancy group,there were significant differences（P〈0.05）;Joint detection of serum β-HCG,progesterone and B-ultrasound had the highest rates of diagnosis,compared to single testison,there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Serum β-HCG,progesterone and B-ultrasound to determine early abnormal pregnancy have the highest rates of diagnosis,it is worthy of attention.
