无乳糖饮食佐治婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

摘要 目的:评价无乳糖饮食对婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效及病程的影响。方法:选取仪征市人民医院儿科2008年10月~2010年12月诊断为轮状病毒肠炎的患儿84例,随机分为观察组及对照组各42例;对照组给予抗病毒、补液等常规处理,继续食用平时正常饮食,观察组在上述治疗基础上给予无乳糖饮食辅助治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为97.61%,对照组总有效率为80.95%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.48,P<0.05);观察组患儿在止吐、止泻、脱水纠正时间及腹泻总病程均较对照组明显缩短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用无乳糖饮食辅助治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎可明显改善症状、缩短病程,有一定临床实用价值。 Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of lactose-free diet on rotavirus enteritis of infants.Methods:84 infants with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,which were selected from pediatrics of Yizheng People’s Hospital during October 2008 to December 2010.The control group containing 42 cases was treated with antiviral drugs,correction of water-electrolyte and acid-base imbalance,and on routine diet,while the observation group with 42 cases was treated with the same protocol except on lactose-free diet.Results:The significant difference was found between the two groups in treating vomit,diarrhea and intravenous transfusion and duration of diarrhea as well.For the observation group,the total effective rate was 97.61%,while for control group of 80.95%.Two groups of comparisons difference had statistical significance(χ2=4.48,P〈0.05);The observation group in check vomiting,diarrhea,dehydration correct time check and diarrhea total duration than control group significance shortened,two groups had statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Lactose-free diet is useful and effective for infantile rotavirus enteritis.It can relieve the symptoms and reduce the course of the disease.
