随着现代护理学的发展,人们对护理服务质量的要求越来越高,医疗纠纷不断增多,这使得护患沟通在整体护理中越来越重要。实施护患沟通后,护士的价值得到体现,提高了患者的满意度,护理纠纷发生率明显下降。非语言沟通作为一种沟通方式,在临床工作中发挥着不可替代的作用,护理人员既要注意自身非语言信息的表达,又要善于观察患者的非语言信息。掌握非语言相关技巧,将有利于增强护患交流效果,提高整体护理服务质量。
With the development of modern nursing, people demand more and more in the nursing service quality and medical disputes increase constantly. This makes nurse-patient communication in the overall nursing becomes more and more important. By enforcing of nurse- patient communication, the nurse's value was embodied, the comfort of patients was raised, and the nurse -patient disputes dropped. Non-verbal communication has played an irreplaceable role in nursing work. It is not only necessary to draw attention to nurse non-verbal expression of information, but also observing non-ver- bal patient information. Non-verbal skills will help enhance the effect of nurse-patient communication and improve the overall quality of nursing service.
